Yamagoya Ramen

A week ago, Hubby and I had something to do at UOB Plaza when I spotted another new ramen place in Jakarta, located in the corner of B1. The place was humble, and like most of ramen places, dominated with red color.

After we finished with our things and waiting for 3in1 hours to be over, we decided to have dinner at Yamagoya. The artificial ramen display all looked tempting, too bad when I waited for hubby to arrive, I have had a plate of very fulfilling yet delicious Chicken caesar salad at Tin Pan Alley. Hence, I was still full so we only ordered a bowl of Mukashi special ramen (53k) and Pork char siu (34k) to share. When the ramen was served, the smell was so freakishly good, came with 2 slices of pork charsiu, tamago, slice of seaweed. It was delicious, the broth was well seasoned, salty but in a right way. I love it and can't stop sipping on the broth, even though I still like the one in Muara Karang more. ;) As for the pork char siu, I didn't really like it, first it looked raw even it wasn't, and tasted quite mushy and bland.

UOB Plaza surely becoming a building filled with good dinings. I can't wait to come back for a complete full bowl. Oishii!
