Nasi Pedas Ibu Andika Bali

Among all food vendors in Bali, Nasi Pedas Ibu Andika was the one that I am really curious with. I have heard many reviews about the chilli and the never ending queue. After our unfavorable dinner at Menega, we went back to hotel to took shower and then we took taxi to Andika. I was still very full but it didn't stop me from trying this spicy rice.

When we reached there, the rumors about never ending queue was right. It was jam packed with people and I saw many of them were sitting beside the street without even sitting as the chairs weren't enough. I was very excited on trying.

We were having difficulty when choosing the dishes as many of the selections had finished already. It was a 24 hours street vendors but maybe they haven't finished adding up, so some of the trays were empty. To me, it was just an ordinary spicy mixed rice, nothing special and I didn't understand what was it that make so many people talking about this place, or maybe I just put to high expectations.

This one was my husband's: Rice with chicken curry, tofu, glizzard and beef satay (25k)

This one was mine: rice with shredded chicken, gizzard, floss, and pumpkin (21k)
